To book a scan of your property is easy.

How does payment work?
You can pay online using your card or via GCash. Once payment is received, we’ll contact you to schedule your scan.
How much notice do you need to schedule a job?
We usually need at least 3 days’ notice after payment. This depends on our schedule and your location. If you need a rush job, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Reach out to get an exact time frame.
What areas do you work in?... Can you travel to scan jobs further away?
We mainly cover Makati, BGC, Rizal, and parts of Metro Manila. We’re happy to travel outside these areas—just send us your location and we’ll give you a custom quote.

How to prepare the property before a scan?
Please make sure the property is clean and ready. This helps us produce better scans and images, which helps sell or rent the property faster.
Here’s a quick checklist:
- Move cars out of the driveway
- Turn on lights
- Put toilet seats down
- Make the beds
- Remove trash cans, boxes, and delicate items
- Finish any landscaping, painting, or deep cleaning before we arrive

Not at all. We’re happy to work directly with the homeowner. We’ll represent you professionally throughout the shoot.

The weather is supposed to be cloudy/rainy. Should I cancel and wait for a sunny day?
No need to cancel! We actually love shooting on overcast or rainy days—lighting is often better. If the weather ever becomes an issue, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule if needed.
How long does it take after the shoot to receive my content?
You’ll receive all your content within 2–3 days after the scan. Larger commercial properties may take a bit longer due to additional editing. If you need a rush job, just let us know and we’ll do our best to speed it up.
How will you deliver the content?
You’re not just getting a scan — you’re receiving a valuable digital marketing asset.

How accurate are your floor plans?
Measurements are generally accurate to within 1% of reality under normal operating conditions. Decalibration, abnormal temperatures, and other factors may result in reduced accuracy.
For example, in a 10 ft (3 m) long room, measurements can vary within 1.2 in (3 cm) from actual.
In addition, objects smaller than 1 in (2.5 cm) in any dimension may not appear. This also applies to very shiny or very dark objects since not enough light is reflected back to form a 3D mesh.
Floor Plans are 97% accurate to be on the safe side.
Copyright & Licensing - Who owns the rights to the materials?
You have full rights to use the scans, images, videos, and marketing materials we create for you. While the scans are hosted through Matterport and technically generated by our equipment, they are of your property and created on your behalf. You’re free to use all content across any platform or medium, without restriction.
We reserve the right to showcase selected work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Can I use the 3D walkthrough /video/photos for marketing materials, including MLS?
Absolutely. You have full rights to use your content for any marketing purpose, including MLS listings, websites, social media, printed materials, or large-scale displays. It’s yours to use however you need.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Once payment is made, we schedule our team and block off that time for you—often turning down other bookings.
However, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment if needed. Just let us know in advance. If you choose not to proceed with the scan, the payment is forfeited.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Weekend scans (Saturday or Sunday) are available by prior arrangement and may include an additional fee.
