When I’m assigned a new client or want to get a deeper understanding of a niche, I start by building a swipe file.

I source ads from the Facebook Ads Library and often check Groupon to see which offers have high redemption rates. This gives me a clear view of what’s currently working in the market.

Best of all, these are real ads that businesses are actively spending money on right now—so I’m not guessing, I’m analyzing proven strategies.

I review the creatives, ad copy, calls-to-action, and note whether the ads direct to a landing page or a Facebook form. I also pay attention to ads that have been running for a long time, as this usually signals profitability.

Armed with these insights, I can confidently create and launch high-performing campaigns.

I created a Dental Marketing Calendar designed to increase client retention and highlight the long-term value we bring to the table.

During onboarding, we sit down with the client and map out a full year of strategic marketing campaigns. This helps us align on goals and build a clear plan for consistent growth.

WEBSITE LEAD GEN BUILDS

I offered a white-label service where I built directory-style lead generation websites.

Each project included a custom lead gen site, plus two SEO-optimized articles focused on the client’s core services focusing on two main keywords, and individual pages for every neighborhood in their city—effectively blanketing the entire area. I used specialized plugins to automate the creation of hundreds of location-specific pages, turning each build into a powerful directory-style site.

The goal was to maximize visibility through on-page SEO and get as many pages indexed by Google as possible.

I created this value-packed Video Sales Letter (VSL) for the dental niche. It educates dentists on how to run effective Facebook ads, breaks down the key systems and ROI math, and ends with a strong call to action to book a call.

WORKING IN THE FAMILY BIZ

I spent over a decade working in my family’s business, starting from the ground up. We launched a kitchen and bedroom manufacturing company that focused on delivering affordable, well-designed spaces to the public.

We offered a standard range of cupboard units, which allowed us to streamline our production process. While we designed each kitchen layout to suit the customer’s space, we aimed to use our standard range as much as possible. This approach kept production efficient, reduced lead times, and ensured a smoother installation process.

We began with a single showroom, where I served as the lead salesperson. As demand grew, I took the initiative to expand the business—designing new showroom layouts, working the sales floor until we had consistent bookings, and then hiring and training sales staff to take over.

At our peak, we operated 10 showrooms. I officially held the role of Sales Manager, overseeing the entire sales operation across all locations. I was also responsible for ensuring each new branch became profitable before moving on to the next.

In addition to sales, I was often involved in managing our manufacturing plant. I oversaw all stages of the process—from cutting and edging the boards, assembling units, and manufacturing doors, to quality control, delivery logistics, and coordinating installation teams.

I’ve worked in nearly every part of the business. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of how to scale a brick-and-mortar company while keeping operations lean and efficient.

Today, I apply that same mindset in the world of digital marketing. I understand the real-world challenges that business owners face, and I use that experience to create systems that actually help local businesses grow.

POSITION I AM LOOKING FOR

Position Sought: Meta Ads Campaign Assistant / Backend Fulfillment Specialist

I’m looking for a hands-on role inside a Facebook Ad agency that’s already closing deals and needs someone reliable to help fulfill campaigns on the backend.

Here’s what I want:

I want to be trained directly under your Meta Ads Manager—someone who already has systems, SOPs, and onboarding processes in place. I’m not here to guess or figure it out alone. I’m here to follow instructions, learn your way of doing things, and become an extension of your team.

Here’s how I see it working:

  • A new client comes in.

  • You share the onboarding doc with me.

  • I get access to the Facebook Ad Account, GoHighLevel, and any other necessary tools.

  • You walk me through a full campaign setup using a real client.

  • You record your screen and create a step-by-step video showing exactly how you implement everything—from reading the onboarding doc, writing the ad copy, building out the campaign, choosing targeting, setting up forms or landing pages, to turning everything live.

  • This video becomes my guide. I learn best by watching, so having a clear walkthrough I can reference is crucial. Once I’ve watched and understood it, I’ll duplicate the process.

  • Then the next client comes in, and I handle the full setup based on your system. I complete the campaign, notify you before going live, and you review my work. If there’s anything off, you show me what to fix, and I apply the correction.

  • From there, we rinse and repeat. I take on more campaigns, follow your KPIs process daily, and eventually run a large portion of the fulfillment so you can focus on other parts of the business.

In short, I’m looking to work with a growing agency that just needs someone who’s trainable, accountable, and ready to follow your process. I’m not trying to reinvent your system—I’m here to execute it.

SALARY EXPECTATION

Let me be upfront and honest.

I’ve worked with multiple agencies in the past who brought me on to solve urgent problems—building websites, launching cold email campaigns, designing creatives, etc.—and initially gave me access to resources and solid communication.

But the pattern was always the same:

They’d hire me at a minimum-wage rate (usually around $1,500/month), I’d work incredibly hard, and once their bottleneck was resolved, the communication would dry up, tasks would slow down, and I’d eventually get let go—burnt out and back at square one.

I’m not looking to repeat that cycle.

What I’m Looking for Instead

I want to work long-term with one solid agency. I’m a loyal, dependable, hard-working guy who thrives when I’m part of a growing team with proper systems, clear communication, and mutual respect.

I want to be valued—not just as a task-taker, but as a true team member.

That’s why I’m looking for a base salary between $2,500–$3,500/month.

$3,000/month is my sweet spot.

At that rate, I can live comfortably here in Southeast Asia, cover my expenses, pay off some debt, afford medical cover, and even save a bit.

I get that many businesses assume outsourcing to Southeast Asia should be cheap—but I’m not a local hire. I’m an expat with native English fluency, global work ethic, and hunger to grow. 

At this price point, you’re still paying less than half of what it would cost to hire locally in the U.S.—where you’d be looking at $6,000/month or more, plus overhead like benefits, insurance, and HR obligations.

With me, you’re getting a native English-speaking expat, fully independent, fully remote, with the skills and mindset to help you scale—without the bloated costs.

I am open to starting at lower rate

I’m open to starting at $2,500/month, as long as there’s clear growth potential.

For example—if I’m running 10+ client campaigns that are generating $15,000-$20,000/month in revenue for your agency, I believe it’s fair to increase compensation and share in that success.

Just to be clear: I work as an independent contractor.

You don’t need to worry about benefits, insurance, or HR obligations. Just treat me fairly and pay me what I’m worth.

Bottom line:

  • $2,500/month is the minimum I’m asking for
  • $3,000/month is my ideal range
  • $3,500/month would make me feel fully valued—and I’d be all in, long-term

If I’m showing up every day, delivering, and helping you grow—then that kind of salary is a win-win.

What I am NOT looking for:

P.S. If you’re looking to pay $1,000/month and expect someone to work 40+ hours a week, plus weekends, perform miracles, have five years of experience, and basically build your entire business for $5 an hour…

Please don’t hire me. I’m not interested.
